Great news for Ubuntu Linux users, now you don’t have to manually edit Xorg.conf file to change the graphic card and display driver perimeter.
Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) is going to include a GUI configurator which aims to make it simpler for users to configure X Windows. The new configuration panel also has a ‘fallback’ feature which guards against X Windows failure to start after tweaking its config.
Here are screenshots of Xorg.conf configurator running on Ubuntu Gutsy

you can upgrade it by modifying sources.lst and using ‘apt-get upgrade’ command.
Alternatively you can use update-manager to upgrade your Ubuntu 7.04 to 7.10, for details — refer here : Upgrading Ubuntu
Is it possible? to Upgrade only from 7.04 to 7.10? so we don’t need to re install the whole system?
Cantek!! Nampaknya Ubuntu makin mesra pengguna.
dang, I must be too excited with my gutsy installation that I forgot to double check with feisty…
It doesn’t seems to be a new thing for Ubuntu, in Feisty, you can
apt-get install displayconfig-gtk
to get https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DisplayConfigGTK
