I’m so pissed because TMnet suspended my account because I was behind my bill. It’s not like I want to pay, but I was busy doing other work that I forgot to pay the bills, besides how can I remember to pay the bills if they fail to deliver them?
Before this I used to receive printed bills everynow and then delivered by mail, and I usually pays up my bills on time, but now TMNet seems not to send Streamyx Broadband bills anymore. I’m bit busy and distracted by my work, making me forgot to pay my bills without the reminder.
What’s worse is, I can’t even log in to tmbill website to see how much that I owe TMnet, they seems to block your streamyx account and your access to online billing system too! Give me a break, at least make the online billing system bit more friendly instead of IE6 only page.
Note to self :
I won’t wait for my streamyx bill anymore, I’ll check my internet bill every 15th day of the month. Damn you TMnet, I lost my productivity hours due to suspension and having to go to their office to pay up my bills (btw, I read that paying Streamyx bills through Maybank2u isn’t safe).

the payment via online now should be made under TELEKOM M BHD because they are under TELEKOM now.. if the payment made under tmnet, there will be TUNGGAKAN in your next bill.

Not bad as I am. Ive been suspended for 3 times. Can you believe that? 3 TIMES??? Its just because they (stupid tmnet) didn’t update my bill statement.

Firstly.. I don’n trust the streamyx bill sent to me.
I’ll always call no. 100 to recheck my bill statement n really, really cfmd the correct amount for the particular month. why I did this ? b’coz tm net never update their billing system n that leaves us all with ”the TUNGGAKAN ” that appears on the next bill statement.
Once I had an arguement[with full complete proof ofcourse] with them, upon checking, my bill payment was not updated,i got so mad[bcoz my ‘TUNGGAKAN amounted to RM231.00-that’s 3mths payment- oh my god !! I took all my details[proof pyments] and went face to face with the person-in-charge. I got an apology n waited on-the-spot till my account checked n cfmd updated, then only I left the counter.
THAT SHOULD TEACH THEM A LESSON FOR NOT UPDATING THEIR JOB !!!!
well at least they cut off you internet cos you pay them late. i move and transfer my streamyx…it took them 3 months to reconnect my streamyx.
but i still have to pay for their incompetence. Can you imagine everyday i call them to reconnect my streamyx and all they say..we will file a report. So who will pay the sum of RM 362.00 charged in my account when i dont even have assess to the stupid streamyx.
i got back my net after 3 months….and they disconnect it after 2 weeks cos i didnt go and pay the bills. when i went to complaint all they say we will make a report but until now they have not deducted my bills.
their service sucks but they got nothing to worry cos they are the only internet provider here. i wish there will be another company that will give them some compwtition.
and how stupid of them not to provide payment through credit card online
RM10 for reconnection? Funny, for some reason, they didn’t charge me the reconnection fee when I settle my payments.
I read somewhere that tmnet didn’t log maybank2u statement, it happened to somebody. Perhaps it’s just an isolated incident.
Btw, i think i need to check their tmbill website around the same time i pay up my other bill because the frequency of streamyx bill get mailed to me is unreliable
