HelpFireFox and Million Dollar Homepage preparation

If you are planning to open yet another MillionDollarHomepage clone, then I suggest you to consider having a stable server before launching it. Because HelpFirefox website has been knocked down due to overwhelming response in just a couple of day.

The website has been closed with a notice “The first 24 hours of this site has been a true success, with more than 13 800 pixels being sold.”.

Beside having a stable server, I think it would be wise if “Million Dollar Homepage” operators could register their domain(s) for a minimum of 3-4 years, because that would bring confidence to the prospective advertisers.

Nobody would want to advertise on unreliable websites, for a short (unspecific) duration of time.

  1. hi!

here’s something new on pixel heaven. they’ve been creative and have linked the idea to a World Cup 2006 online game…

It’s really funny and a cool new combination on a football game and online advertising.
