Holiday and Limited Updates

Sorry for the limited updates on my blog, actually I went for a holiday in Pulau Langkawi a couple of days ago, and I wasnt connected to the internet (that’s my idea of holiday). So there was no new post during that period.

The good news is, the weblog is back in pace now. Bet that you have already know about the blog’s new theme, I changed it because the previous one is too buggy to be usable. Ah yes, I’ve also changed the syndication feeds back to full now, to ensure the widest coverage of my updates.

p/s : I might post pics from my holiday at my website, so stay tune.

Sourceforge new face!

Seems that sourceforge has restructured it’s website, and gave it a new looks. I take me a while to familiarise myself with the website, to find some stuff that usually hangs around sourceforge.net.

Personally the new website seems professional, neat and and a bit FreeBSD-like. But one of my friend disagree, telling me that the new sourceforge website looks a bit like hotscripts.com style. lol.

Sourceforge has made a list of changes to their website, their blog is located at : http://blog.dev.sf.net/

Selamat Menghadapi Peperiksaan SPM 2005!

BeleniX – Opensolaris based LiveCD

I spend the rest of my online time today to download BeleniX, an Opensolaris based LiveCD. I’ve never tried any of the opensolaris distribution before, though i heard about the initial work done for Debian/Solaris and SchiliX. But I’m so damn bored today, and I guess LiveCD would be suffice for me to try opensolaris.

According to BelleniX website,

BeleniX is a *NIX distribution that is built using the OpenSolaris source base. It is currently a LiveCD distribution but is intended to grow into a complete distro that can be installed to hard disk.

I also found a nice review about BelleniX here : http://blogs.sun.com/roller/page/roumen?entry=tux_on_a_trip_to

Here’s some BelleniX screenshots I got from osdir.com
