06/06/06 – The year of the beast?

Is it really true that today is a special day where the date coincide with the number of the beast? (ie 06/06/06 = 666).
IMHO, if you see that date in your pc right now, then you’re pretty f*cked up, because you may be using a non-Y2k compliant software. Truncating the number to 2 digit is a damn bad practice :p

Hehe, interestingly enough my cousin is getting married today :) I think it just makes the event more auspicious. While some cultures see it as bad luck, other see it as good.

Haha.. It will be interesting to over hear the interesting comments about this from when I traveling around town tommorrow. I am sure at least someone will make it into a big deal ;)

I’m getting sick of hearing people talk like it’s a big deal. Come on… it’s 06/06/2006 now maybe if it were 06 A.D. that would be different
